( Étude No. 2 ) Video/Action for Violet
video;
[Her introduction this time around is a V sign that she flashes just before the camera lens as the feed begins. The next thing she does is pulling her arm away, so everyone could see her and the Poké Ball she's holding. The Sprout Tower is her background and it's late afternoon already, but she can't wait to get back to Pokémon Center to show off a little. Besides, this setting is far better, especially since the sun is setting down.]
Finally...after days of encountering way too many ghosts, spotting a hundred of Bellsprout and probably the same number of monks...FINALLY...
[Of course, she takes the extra effort to sound as dramatic as possible. Hoping that the suspense will make anyone who's watching excited just as she is, Kaori finally releases the Pokémon from the ball.]
Tot, tooooot!
[As soon as Chatot is out, Kaori changes the angle of the camera so everyone could have a better look. Let it be his instinct or something else, but he seems to know that he's being watched not just by his trainer...and flies up to sit on the lowest branch of a tree.]
Wow, he's so shy...
[Much to her surprise, just a while later she hears a voice coming from all the way up:]
He's so shy...
[At first, she just looks around, having no idea that it's Chatot speaking. But it becomes clear soon enough, when he repeats it a few more times.]
Wait, what is even going on, guys?!
[Kaori's gazing straight into the camera, clearly hoping to get some answers.
This has been newbie's first encounter with a Pokémon that knows how to imitate human speech. Have a nice evening!]
action;
[Now that she knows what Chatot is capable of, back at the Pokémon Center Kaori sits on a sofa with her Jigglypuff, Chingling and new partner Chatot, watching the bird mimic voices of not only the rest of her Pokémon but also the one's that are passing so it quickly becomes rather loud there. More than anything, Kaori pays attention to his shaped like a metronome. It even moves like one...]
Hey, maybe I should name you after my friend...people call him a human metronome.
Human metronome. Human metronome.
[She's really impressed by how quick he catches on. Pokémon really are amazing.]
Anyway, we resume our training starting tomorrow! [Whining.] Hey, but today we celebrate!
[She's handing out berries she has found on their way here. Feel free to join them!]

I mean, I know there are Pokemon that can imitate whole people and other Pokemon, but I've never seen a bird like that before!
Video; who dis
[Again, Kaori's quite surprised how quick he pick up on things. It's really amazing...!]
Wait a second, imitate whole people? How is that even possible?! Wow...
i dunno some loser

Zoroark, you say...its name even sounds kinda cool. If it can copy anyone or anything...I hope I'm not talking to one, huh?
[It doesn't seem like it but maybe she has been tricked...?]
no subject
[ And just to prove her point, she pinches herself! And obviously, nothing happens... ]
Besides, I'd like to think I'm pretty hard to copy! An impostor could never be able to be as clumsy as I am, after all.
[ That's..not something to be proud of........ ]
no subject
[Watch her going touching everyone she meets from now on.]
If it's your sister's Pokémon, though...don't you think it might have tried copying you before?
Clumsy? Why do you think so?
[There must be a reason, right?]

But I guess I'm just naturally off-balance? Let me tell you, I've been working as a waitress in this cocktail bar? And I've been doing it for months, but I still can't hold the tray right! I'm always wobbling all over the place...but at least everyone's friendly about it!
no subject
Hey, that sounds cool! Even if you're a naturally off-balance waitress. How's the job? I'm looking for one now, but I can't decide!

Where is that cafe you're working at, by the way? I'll definitely pay you a visit!

no subject
Ecruteak? Uh, it's really far away...but I'll be sure to visit! I hope you have canelés!

If you want to explore...I'd go Goldenrod first. It's the biggest city and the nicest, and actually, the apartments are like, awesome? Its great there. I've been meaning to go back, actually.
I know what you mean, though. In a place like this, you gotta see it all before you go, right?
no subject
Actually, that's my plan! I heard so many good things about Goldenrod that it makes me want to forget about that gyms and badges business and go straight there...
Exactly! Places are one thing but these creatures...some of them are really amazing.
no subject
You'll love it. Everyone kinda does, I think. I have about four badges myself, but, if I wanted to, I could probably take all of the Gyms here on, no problem. It's just a matter of getting there. That said...
[ It's her chance to gush over her favorite, so... ]
A lot of them are amazing, yeah, but, have you seen Clefairy yet?
no subject
The thing I like the most about this place is that you can do everything at your own pace, really. No one's rushing you to do stuff and everything. Actually...I think I'll set out tomorrow, badges can wait!
[She tilts her head at the mention of Clefairy.]
Nope, I don't think so! The only fairy I've seen is my Jigglypuff...
no subject
Hang on, though. Jigglypuff's cute, for sure. But you have to see Clefairy!
attach: noel.avi
Isn't it just the cutest thing ever?!
no subject
[There are just so many things to see, she can't decide AT ALL.]
Oh gosh, it sure is!! I love the ears and the cheeks...and it even has a curl similar to Jigglypuff's! Maybe...they're connected somehow?
no subject
They might be, though! The rumor is that Clefairy apparently comes from space...
no subject
[A friend who's a waitress = free sweets? KAORI NO
She has some decency to not ask Anna to bring pastries, at least.]
From space? Really?! Gosh, I'd never guess we even have alien pokémon here...I'm glad it's not green, pink suits it much, much more!
