[Her introduction this time around is a V sign that she flashes just before the camera lens as the feed begins. The next thing she does is pulling her arm away, so everyone could see her and the Poké Ball she's holding.The Sprout Tower is her background and it's late afternoon already, but she can't wait to get back to Pokémon Center to show off a little. Besides, this setting is far better, especially since the sun is setting down.]

Finally...after days of encountering way too many ghosts, spotting a hundred of Bellsprout and probably the same number of monks...FINALLY...

[Of course, she takes the extra effort to sound as dramatic as possible. Hoping that the suspense will make anyone who's watching excited just as she is, Kaori finally releases the Pokémon from the ball.]

Tot, tooooot!

[As soon as Chatot is out, Kaori changes the angle of the camera so everyone could have a better look. Let it be his instinct or something else, but he seems to know that he's being watched not just by his trainer...and flies up to sit on the lowest branch of a tree.]

Wow, he's so shy...

[Much to her surprise, just a while later she hears a voice coming from all the way up:]

[At first, she just looks around, having no idea that it's Chatot speaking. But it becomes clear soon enough, when he repeats it a few more times.]

Wait, what is even going on, guys?!

[Kaori's gazing straight into the camera, clearly hoping to get some answers.

This has been newbie's first encounter with a Pokémon that knows how to imitate human speech. Have a nice evening!]

[Now that she knows what Chatot is capable of, back at the Pokémon Center Kaori sits on a sofa with her Jigglypuff, Chingling and new partner Chatot, watching the bird mimic voices of not only the rest of her Pokémon but also the one's that are passing so it quickly becomes rather loud there. More than anything, Kaori pays attention to his shaped like a metronome. It even moves like one...]

Hey, maybe I should name you after my friend...people call him a human metronome.

[She's really impressed by how quick he catches on. Pokémon really are amazing.]

Anyway, we resume our training starting tomorrow! [Whining.] Hey, but today we celebrate!

[She's handing out berries she has found on their way here. Feel free to join them!]

[Chatot goes like this for a little while, which makes her come up with an emergency plan rather fast, but first things first:]

Hey, what have you done?! [And then turns to the bird.] Forgetforgetforgetforgetforgetforget.

[He's got talent, really.

Kaori, too absorbed with Chatot's new vocabulary, doesn't even pay attention to the berries anymore, go for it Typhlosion.]

How could I have known the bird has a potty mouth in the making?!

[ SCREAMING ON THE INSIDE... Well, he's also kind of yelling on the outside too.

And then, for good measure, he notices one (1) sneaky Typhlosion eating a berry that Bakugou certainly didn't give him. ]

And you! I told you not to just take people's ssss......tuff. Their stuff. [ He sounds mildly in pain somehow. ] Is there a time altering Pokémon, I need a redo on the last three minutes of my life.

Ssss......tuff.

[That's a bit better, but at this point she's not sure if Chatot isn't going to repeat everything he has learned in this short period of time again.]

It's fine, really—

[No, actually it isn't; at least according to the Jigglypuff that puffed its' cheeks, ready to jump right at Typhlosion at any moment.]

None that I know about—HEY?!

[Then it happens. Jigglypuff just...snatches the berry from Typhlosion's paws like it's nothing.]

[ ... It's probably a good thing that Bakugou has just been training his starter and ignoring catching all other Pokémon before this turned into a full-out brawl, honestly, because Typhlosion is startled for a few moments, then turns around as if to retaliate aaand Kaori gets to be treated to the rare sight of a human attempting to hold a Pokémon back and kind of succeeding. ]

I'll feed you berries later! Don't start fights in a Pokémon Center.

[Kaori's quick to follow and grabs Jigglypuff, pulling her away from the other Pokémon before Jigglypuff does something that she'd regret. At least she'd get help real quick in case of a burn.]

Don't pick fights with someone who's way stronger than you!

[She's openly scolding the Pokémon who may or may not be listening.]

And give that berry back!

[This time Jigglypuff is definitely listening...because the berry ends up flying straight into Typhlosion's muzzle.]

[ The berry hits the Typhlosion and ignobly bounces off of him, hitting the floor. ... For a few moments, he kind of looks like he's debating whether or not to continue picking this fight, and then he decides to just eat the berry off of the floor.

Bakugou looks like he's suffering greatly as he shakes his head because why this. ]

... I'd say he's normally better behaved than this, but honestly, he's not.

[Hey, he has his priorities set straight. And it wasn't on the floor that long, too.

Much to Jigglypuff's dismay, who definitely thought that it would enrage Typhlosion, but it doesn't seem to be the case. Unless he's hiding it very well.]

The same goes for her, though...it's your only one?

Yeah... well, you've seen how he is. I'm pretty sure if I had more, the headache would never end.

[ Property damage! Burn wounds... Bakugou doesn't love suffering nearly enough to put himself through that.

Anyway, he doesn't quite feel bad about all of this, but he feels something close enough, so he rummages through his bag to pull out a few berries. ]

Here, take 'em. [ "Because my Pokémon is a brat and I accidentally gave your bird a colorful vocabulary," he does not say. ]

[At the same moment Chatot starts chirping his (or Bakugou's, it depends how you look at it) "Take their shit!" all over again and Jigglypuff is already by Bakugou's side jumping up to take the berries from him.]

...I guess physical training isn't everything. Maybe I should have stuck with one, too...

Well, there are its pros and cons... I mean, we're probably going to be [ "totally fucked" ] ... in trouble if we ever go somewhere by the shore. Besides, isn't having the extra company nice?

[ It's just him and his asshole Typhlosion, being a pair of ornery guys together... while he's at it, he's just going to keep on feeding Jigglypuff. He can respect a Pokémon that knows what it wants in life. ]

[In the meanwhile, she's giving some berries to Typhlosion since Jigglypuff already scurried over to Bakugou.]

Yeah, the shore sounds like a terrible idea with this guy...but you are planning to catch some more eventually, right? It's not that difficult...

[She doesn't really believe it's the case, though.]

I'd say it's great, unless they start fighting for food. We need to have a talk about teamwork, I think.

Probably eventually, but I'm not planning on it right now.

[ He's going to solo run through Johto with his starter at this rate...! ]

I mean... maybe this is kinda weird, but how am I supposed to tell if I'm gonna get along with one of them beforehand?

[ He doesn't want to catch one just to be like "... just kidding, I didn't want this one, bye" later, that would be really weird. ]

I see...aren't you giving it too much thought? Besides, you'll never know if you won't give it a try. Look, she already likes you.

[She's pointing at Jigglypuff.]

...It may have something to do with the fact that you have berries, though—

[The pink Pokémon immediately turns to her, ready to jump up and possibly attack, but Kaori catches her before that happens.]

Sure, you can do it the way you want, but you're missing some fun parts.

[Being tackled, for example.]

Is the fun part where I get mauled?

[ He's about 80% serious about that, 20% maybe joking. Anyway, Jigglypuff seems to have had quite enough for one afternoon, so he'll stash his berries back in his backpack, where they will hopefully remain unplundered for a while. ]

But I guess you're right about overthinking it... I never had any pets. I don't really get how to take care of living creatures.

Sort of. There are lots of fun parts, I believe, I just have to discover them with her.

[While speaking, Kaori's stretching Jigglypuff's cheeks...the Pokémon's body seems to be flexible enough, thankfully.]

I think you're doing good, though. Not that I had any experience with pets prior coming here. Unless you count chasing stray cats.
