Finally...after days of encountering way too many ghosts, spotting a hundred of Bellsprout and probably the same number of monks...FINALLY...

[Of course, she takes the extra effort to sound as dramatic as possible. Hoping that the suspense will make anyone who's watching excited just as she is, Kaori finally releases the Pokémon from the ball.]

[As soon as Chatot is out, Kaori changes the angle of the camera so everyone could have a better look. Let it be his instinct or something else, but he seems to know that he's being watched not just by his trainer...and flies up to sit on the lowest branch of a tree.]

[Now that she knows what Chatot is capable of, back at the Pokémon Center Kaori sits on a sofa with her Jigglypuff, Chingling and new partner Chatot, watching the bird mimic voices of not only the rest of her Pokémon but also the one's that are passing so it quickly becomes rather loud there. More than anything, Kaori pays attention to his shaped like a metronome. It even moves like one...]

Hey, maybe I should name you after my friend...people call him a human metronome.

[She's really impressed by how quick he catches on. Pokémon really are amazing.]

Really? I had no idea...all psychic types can do that or just a few of them?

We... don't really have birds like that. Mostly monsters with strange abilities. Some of the birds I'm used to are gigantic with two mouths.

No, quite the opposite, actually! I love them. I've meant it like its size was monstrous...and I'm afraid that I may end up with lots of cat Pokémon, honestly.

I only know that there's Meowth, but I guess that's not all?

No. There's a handful of them. Depending on where you are, I can tell you which one is closest.

[Someone has been collecting cats because of her sister.]

Violet City! Nearby the entrance to Sprout Tower to be precise, if that helps. Wait, you really know where all of them are...?

[Best sister, to be honest!]

You'll find Espurr and Shinx in that area on the routes to and from. Route 36 to the north of Goldenrod or south of that city has Litleo. There's Meowth in Goldenrod itself. Glameow as well, but those can be found on Route's 38 and 39 as well. Purrloin and Skitty can only be caught wild in Kanto. Absol and Zangoose are cat like... but I don't think they are true cat Pokémon. Zangoose is listed as a cat ferret on the Dex, so if that's enough for you, go to the Safari Zone of Kanto for that one.

[Blame Greed as well for getting Lightning into the cat collecting business.]

There's breeders that have these Pokémon as well.

I'm impressed. There are...at least 9 cat or cat like Pokémon and you remembered where they all are. You can't say that's not impressive! I bet you have all of them already, don't you?

Only 7 of those cats can evolve further. Shinx and Litleo are the only ones that are a three step evolution. So that makes a total of 18 different cats you can collect. Is that enough cats for you?

[melodlies]

[For giving out even more information...Lighting can only get a louder applause.]

Are you a professor or what? It's amazing that you know all this... And of course, it's enough! I wouldn't mind even more, but who said I can't get doubles if I'd like to have more?

No. I just... have been here a long while.... Getting doubles is your choice. I have a few doubles myself, such as my sister's Liepard as well as my own. And a pair of Meowstic.
